Welcome

This is Brooke’s test site for a research blog. Eventually, this is where she will put blog posts about her academic interests/pursuits, links to published work, links to resources for other academics (teaching and research), and templates for helpful programs like Notion, Manifold, and more. This is also where she hopes to post an Open Educational Resource (OER), a table-top roleplaying game (TTRPG) built for classroom use and themed around medieval literature, for professors and students to use in class–or to just have fun! This project will be made in tandem with the Interactive Technology and Pedagogy (ITP) program as part of an independent study. When complete, it will be included in under the Teaching tab on this site, along with syllabi and lesson plans for composition and premodern-literature survey courses.

This is an image of a map created using Dungeon Alchemist. It depicts a simple cabin outfitted with a mystical glowing cauldron amidst a snowy forest. The surrounding area includes a well, outhouse, lanterns, a giant, dead oak tree, and some scattered bones--foreboding!
This is a sample map made using Dungeon Alchemist and is included for no good reason at the moment
